Sukuk investment has become one of the fastest-growing instruments in the Islamic financial market and now serves as a strategic alternative for investors seeking low- to medium-risk instruments that comply with Islamic principles. This article provides a comprehensive overview of sukuk investment strategies and the financial analysis techniques required to evaluate the performance and risks associated with these instruments. The analysis covers assessments of returns, market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, and Shariah compliance—key elements that shape the structure of sukuk. In addition, a fundamental evaluation of the issuer’s financial condition and the quality of the underlying assets plays a crucial role in determining the investment’s feasibility.Various investment strategies, such as buy-and-hold, laddering, portfolio diversification, and credit rating–based approaches, are presented as guidelines for investors seeking to optimize sukuk portfolio management. This study emphasizes that a deep understanding of sukuk structures, market dynamics, and Shariah principles can significantly enhance the effectiveness of investment decisions and support the growth of the sukuk market as a stable and sustainable financial instrument.
