Abstract

The Independent Community Service Program (KKN) aims to address the challenges of limited market access and low digital literacy among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Suka Ndebi Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. With the theme "Economy and Entrepreneurship," this program focuses on education and guidance in utilizing Google Maps as an effective digital marketing tool. The implementation methods used were Observation, Interviews, and Participatory Education, where the author directly provided technical training and assisted MSMEs in registering their businesses on digital platforms. The program's results showed that the educational activities successfully fostered an understanding of the importance of digital presence and concretely helped MSME actors register their business locations on Google Maps, thereby increasing visibility and market reach. Although there were obstacles related to limited basic technological knowledge, this program overall successfully supported the transition of local SMEs to the digital economy and made a tangible contribution to sustainable village economic growth.
