TINJAUAN FIQH MUAMALAH TERHADAP PRAKTIK JUAL BELI DENGAN SISTEM ARISAN PADA RESELLER ROYALE PREMIUM

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the practice of buying and selling using the social gathering system at Royale Premium resellers and what the view of muamalah fiqh is towards the practice of buying and selling using the social gathering system at Royale Premium resellers. This research is included in research with qualitative methods. The data sources in this research were obtained through interviews with sellers and social gathering participants. The documentation used is in the form of documents originating from the seller's WhatsApp account documentation or other documents. The results of the research show that the practice of arisan at Royale Premium resellers is that people who are interested will directly contact the seller to discuss the procedures for becoming an arisan participant, determining the winner is determined based on a lottery which is drawn once a month, and the period for holding the arisan is five months for five participants and others -other. Based on Islamic law, the practice of mukena social gathering is permitted (mubah) because  it  is  a  form  of  buying  and  selling  istishna'.  Meanwhile,  regarding changes in the installments that participants must pay due to the increase in the price of mukena, it is considered usury, because indirectly they are required to pay more than the installments they previously paid.
