This study attempts to analyze how the age restrictions for underage marriage are studied according to Islamic law and UU no. 16 of 2019 which is a case study at Dayah Markaz Al-Ishlah Al-'Aziziyah. This study is a normative study carried out by researchers by reviewing and studying materials in the form of regulations and laws relating to age limits for marriage to minors. The results of the research show that in Islamic law, the minimum age limit for a person to enter into marriage is not stated explicitly, but refers to the meaning of puberty, namely that a person is considered an adult if they have had a wet dream (ihtilam) for men and experienced menstruation for women and experienced signs of other signs. Meanwhile, according to marriage law, the minimum age for a person to get married is 19 years for both men and women.
